Let’s talk
A complete web-based business management platform for SS Traders, combining POS sales, inventory, customer accounts, continuous billing, payment tracking, reminders, receipts, and an online storefront in one system.

SS Traders is a custom-built business management and commerce platform designed to handle day-to-day retail and wholesale operations from a single dashboard. The system brings together point-of-sale billing, product and stock management, customer accounts, returns, payment receipts, continuous invoices, live due/advance balances, and online product sales. The platform includes a fast POS workflow with product pricing, GST handling, customer selection, stock control, invoice printing, payment history, and return management. Customer accounts are calculated live so staff can instantly see current outstanding dues or available advance balances. A dedicated payment management module allows staff to record, edit, delete, print, and review customer payments. Payment reminders can be scheduled against customers with due dates, live account balances, notification alerts, and payment follow-up tools. The public-facing website also supports product browsing and online purchasing, while the administrative area provides centralized control over products, customers, invoices, payments, inventory, and account history. The project was developed as a tailored operational system rather than a generic template, with features designed around the actual billing, payment, inventory, and customer-account workflow of SS Traders.

Validation, permissions, state and recovery are what keep useful software useful.
The first release should solve today without trapping the business tomorrow.
Interface, rules, data and operations have to agree with each other. A clean screen cannot compensate for a broken state model.
Deployment, operating assumptions and important technical decisions should not live only in the head of the person who wrote the code.
