Let’s talk
A live logistics platform combining a public carrier-facing website with authenticated dispatch, carrier, load, reporting and team workflows.

FleetX is a production ASP.NET Core platform built around day-to-day logistics operations. The public experience supports carrier onboarding, service discovery and dispatch enquiries, while the authenticated application brings together role-based dashboards, user and carrier administration, load booking, rate-confirmation review, real-time chat, reporting and operational reminders. Recent engineering work includes searchable and scanned PDF rate-confirmation reading with OCR fallback, editable extraction review, pickup/delivery stop handling, live carrier search, responsive dashboards and performance-focused WebP asset optimization.
Organize the system around the actions people actually take, not around a database diagram.
Validation, permissions, state and recovery are what keep useful software useful.
The first release should solve today without trapping the business tomorrow.
Interface, rules, data and operations have to agree with each other. A clean screen cannot compensate for a broken state model.
Deployment, operating assumptions and important technical decisions should not live only in the head of the person who wrote the code.
